What You'll Do/Need

The Quicken Loans Tour of Duty program is a six-month, customized program designed to give recently transitioned veterans the opportunity to gain priceless, hands-on experience at an award-winning company. Here, Tour of Duty Associates experience being in the civilian workplace, participate in events around the city of Detroit and become valuable members of our team. The Compensation Analyst gathers data, performs analyses and communicates with leaders.

 

Responsibilities

  • Create and read reports on business metrics
  • Learn and use tools for gathering data to put together standardized reports for business areas
  • Perform analyses and report findings to leaders
  • Fulfill reporting requests from leaders
  • Act as a liaison between teams and communicate important information for business improvement

 

Requirements

  • Recently transitioned military veteran
  • Mid- level experience with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience in processing and reporting data
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to work as part of a team
