The Team

The Events Team manages meeting and event services for clients in our fantastic and growing portfolio of spaces such as the Madison, QZine, and One Woodward. Clients hold corporate events, trainings, receptions, weddings, and more in our spaces. The goal is to provide the know-how and hustle needed to make every client event look amazing.

What You'll Do/Need

Job Summary 

The Property Management Intern will support the Property Management team with day to day task sand assigned projects. Communicate with Bedrock Building team members to complete work orders and building inspections. Collect and document building specific information and ensure files are organized and up to date. The Property Management Intern will attend meetings and record notes for the Property Manager. 

 

Responsibilities

  • Work scheduled events with the Event Facilities Techs
  • Maintenance during events such as trash removal, wiping down tables, cleaning restrooms and general upkeep of the space
  • Assist with vendor and client load-in and out during events
  • Track inventory at the Madison Building and entering data into Excel spreadsheets on a weekly basis
  • Assist with setting up event space per the provided floor plan. This includes moving tables and event space furniture around

Requirements

  • 21 and older, you will be working at events where alcohol is served
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Must be able to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
  • Must have a strong work ethic and needs to be reliable
  • Professional, friendly demeanor with both internal and external clients
