    What You'll Do/Need

     The Accounting Intern works in a team setting while creating and building reports and communication, as well as monitoring activity. They make a meaningful impact on their team while building communication and accounting skills in an environment that encourages and fosters growth.

     

    Responsibilities

    • Keep and update monthly reports and paperwork
    • Gather account statements from vendors/suppliers and monitor activity
    • Enter data
    • Prepare and assemble financial reports
    • Look for and act on process improvements proactively
    • Review paperwork and documents changes within shared folders

    Requirements

    • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite
    • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills
    • Ability to assess problems and solve them with a strong sense of urgency
    • Possess analytical and creative thinking skills
    • Ability to maintain confidentiality
