    What You'll Do/Need

    Position Summary

    The Acquisitions Intern is responsible for helping the Director of Acquisitions with property evaluations by identifying opportunities and securing spaces for Bedrock. Once a property is under contract, the intern will help coordinate due diligence efforts and prepare visuals of the property. The intern will be collaborating with other teams throughout Bedrock such as development, finance and hospitality.


    Position Responsibilities:

    • Attend due diligence meetings, take notes and coordinate takeaways
    • Participate in property tours and creating one-page summaries
    • Contribute to the property evaluation process through research of comparable properties, high-level financial analyses and strategic location
    • Perform various special projects for Director of Acquisitions, which may overlap with development, finance and hospitality-related initiatives
    • Coordinate due diligence efforts across various verticals within the company
    • Prepare presentations, maps and other visuals that are an important part of the acquisitions process
    • Draft memos and emails to the Bedrock Senior Leadership team and others

    Position Requirements:

    • In pursuit of an academic major in business, economics or psychology/sociology
    • Must be a sophomore, junior or senior student
    • High attention to detail
    • Passionate and self-motivated
    • Diligent with a high level of awareness
    • Proactive
