    What You'll Do/Need

    Position Summary

    The Finance Intern assists the Finance team in supporting the team’s associates and analysts in their research and data collection. This intern helps the team with capital management, focusing on evaluating potential projects and creating financing strategies, and also with asset management, focusing on financial and retail analytics.


    Position Responsibilities

    • Handle residential, office and retail data collection
    • Design visual presentations
    • Help with office and residential research
    • Assist Finance team associates and analysts with other tasks

     Position Requirements

    • Sophomore, junior, senior or graduate class standing in a finance, accounting or economics degree program
    • Career aspirations in finance, investing, corporate development or financial services
    • Proven track record of high performance in prior work and university studies
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Detail-oriented mindset with strong analytical abilities
    • Ability to comprehend, analyze and interpret complex business documents, data and financial information
    • Creative, independent work style with high levels of moral and ethical integrity
    • Ability to maintain calm and utilize good judgment and reasoning ability within a variety of stressful situations
    • Knowledge of Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook
